About Hamptons Beach Pass
Hamptons Beach Pass is an independent reference to beach permits, parking and access on the South Fork. Liberty Design Studio publishes it. No town, village or park agency does.
Who publishes this
Liberty Design Studio publishes Hamptons Beach Pass as part of the Hamptons Network, a set of five guides built around Hamptons Key, our rentals site. When a page mentions rentals, the link goes to Hamptons Key. The beach information on every page is written to stand on its own.
What we do not do
We do not sell permits, take applications, collect payments or hold any data about your vehicle. Every page names the official office or portal that does, and links to it. Prices on this site are what the office published, not what we charge.
No town, village, county or state agency has reviewed or endorsed this site.
How facts are checked
- Each rule, price, date and address comes from the issuing office, usually its own website or published permit application. Municipal codes and county or state park pages fill the gaps.
- Every page lists those sources at the bottom, with the month they were checked. This site was last checked in October 2026.
- Numbers we could not confirm are left out. Where an office publishes new prices each spring, the page says so instead of guessing.
- The 2026 season is the current data. Offices usually announce 2027 prices between winter and spring, and we update the page when they do.

Funding
The site carries a small number of clearly labeled sponsored placements. They never change which permit or office a page recommends. See advertising.
