Information only
Permit rules, fees, dates and enforcement change, often by board resolution. We check them against official sources and publish the date of the check, but we cannot guarantee that a page is current on the day you read it. The issuing office decides eligibility, price and enforcement.
No affiliation
Hamptons Beach Pass is published by Liberty Design Studio. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any town, village, county or state agency. Official names are used only to say whose rules apply.
No sales
We do not sell permits or accept applications. Any payment page you reach through a link on this site belongs to the office that runs it.
Not legal advice
Nothing here is legal advice. A parking fine or permit dispute is between you and the issuing municipality.
