Town Line Beach sits at the Wainscott end of the Town of East Hampton, which is where the Town stops and Southampton Town begins. The Town page lists it as open year-round with parking by Town permit only and no daily fee.

The rules are short. No camping or littering. Dogs must be controlled at all times and waste picked up. Beach fire regulations apply. Driving on the sand needs a drive-on pass in designated areas.

A visitor without a Town sticker has one nearby choice that sells day parking: Mecox Beach in Southampton Town, weekdays only. Or look at the non-resident guide. The sister Wainscott access point is Beach Lane Beach. Wainscott has its own town page, and Hamptons Beach Day covers conditions.
