Sold out? Switch places

The number of one-day permits varies by location, and a popular weekend can sell out. The Town’s ParkMobile setup lets you search alternate locations on the same date before you pay. Permit-holders with a valid resident, weekly, monthly or seasonal permit need no day permit.

The Chamber of Commerce describes Wade’s as a south-side beach on Shelter Island Sound with a pavilion and lifeguards. For access by ferry, see Hamptons Commute. The Shelter Island renter guide helps choose the right permit length, and Shelter Island is the town hub. Beach details: Hamptons Beach Day.
