Fees and rules
Suffolk County sells beach park parking at $9 per vehicle with a resident Green Key and $18 for non-residents in season. The county’s beaches page lists Cedar Point among its beach parks, so those rates are the ones to expect. Confirm at the gate, since the county’s inland park rates differ. A Town of East Hampton sticker is not valid here, and a county Green Key does not open Town beaches.
The park also has camping, picnic areas, boat rentals and nature trails. RVs and campers follow a different route than cars, and the county’s directions warn of a low-clearance bridge under 10 feet on one approach. See the county parks page and East Hampton. For the beach itself, see Hamptons Beach Day.
