What’s on site
The Town lists the beach pavilion at 90 Dune Road and a separate Tiana Beach Activity Center at 72 Dune Road. Daily parking is available all seven days. Lifeguards work 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. unless posted.
Next door are Hot Dog Beach to the west and Ponquogue to the east, both on the same permit and daily-parking system. See East Quogue or Hampton Bays for the surrounding town context.
Alcohol, glass and dog restrictions at Tiana Beach follow the Town’s beach ordinances, which close the beaches at 9 p.m. and are listed on the Town of Southampton permit page. A Village of Southampton or Suffolk County sticker is not valid here. Beach conditions are on Hamptons Beach Day.
