Rules the Village enforces
The application states that no car may park at the beach without a visible permit and that violators may be towed at the owner’s expense under Chapter 118-9 of the Village Code. A sticker that is not attached properly counts as no sticker. The Village adds, in capitals, that tape is not acceptable. Under section 118-18, a beach privilege can be revoked for abuse.
Renters and the property owner’s signature
A renter lists the owner’s name and the Quogue street address on the application. Under Village code an approved rental application must be on file before any parking permit is issued. The Village runs a separate online rental permit application for landlords. Start there, then apply for the beach permit. Household members of an owner need the owner’s signed authorization.
Hours and staffing
The beach is staffed from Memorial Day weekend. It is fully staffed on weekends only through late June, then open all week through Labor Day, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. See the Quogue Village Beach page for the address and parking.
Next season
The Village portal says applications are expired and to come back on April 1, 2027 for beach applications. That is the Village’s own date. Add it to the permit calendar. If you miss Quogue, the closest alternatives are Southampton Town’s Hot Dog Beach in East Quogue and Cupsogue Beach County Park.
