Buying

The Village’s rate chart gives two pavilion phone numbers: Rogers at (631) 288-6306 and Lashley at (631) 288-3646, both open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. during beach season. Passes are issued in person with a driver’s license and registration, so renters need their paperwork ready. A seasonal renter in the village pays $650 plus $3 per photo ID and needs the landlord’s approved rental permit on file.

Visitors with no Village pass can use Pikes Beach by Passport app at $40. See the Village permit page and Westhampton Beach. Hamptons Beach Day has the beach description.
