Pikes Beach is the Town of Southampton’s westernmost ocean beach, reached by Dune Road from Westhampton Beach. The Town’s address list puts it in Westhampton Dunes. It is one of four Town beaches that sell daily parking seven days a week.
Paying for a day
Download the Passport Parking app first, then drive out. Do not pay until you are at Pikes and have a space. The daily rate is $40. A cheaper pre-season rate of $20 applies Monday to Friday from May 15 to June 26, excluding holidays, and a $20 sunset rate runs 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Daily parking is non-transferable between beaches and non-refundable.
The Village of Westhampton Beach runs Rogers and Lashley, a separate permit system. Suffolk County’s Cupsogue is next door.
Alcohol, glass and dog restrictions at Pikes Beach follow the Town’s beach ordinances, which close the beaches at 9 p.m. and are listed on the Town of Southampton permit page. A Village of Southampton or Suffolk County sticker is not valid here. Beach conditions are on Hamptons Beach Day.
