Guests

Residents may bring up to three complimentary guests per walk-on pass. After that, guests cost $10 each per day. Renters and non-resident categories have unlimited guests on weekdays and are limited to two additional guests per walk-on pass on weekends and holidays. The pass holder must be present for guests to enter.

Buying a pass

Early registration for taxpayers, year-round village renters and emergency personnel took place on Saturday, May 9, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Village Hall. After that, stickers were handed out at the Rogers and Lashley pavilions during beach hours. Passes are not sold anywhere else.

A landlord who rents in the Village must complete a summer rental application with the Village building department and agree to give up their own beach sticker to the tenant.

Driving on the sand

Four-wheel-drive permits for Southampton Town and Trustee beaches come from the Town Trustees at (631) 287-5717, not from the Village. See the driving permit guide.

Nearby beaches that are not Village beaches

Pikes Beach is Southampton Town and needs a Town permit or Passport daily parking. Cupsogue Beach County Park is run by Suffolk County. A Village sticker works at neither. Compare all three on the price comparison.
