- Daily pass
- None. The Village sells daily passes at Cooper's Beach only

- Not listed in Village code
- Road D does not appear in the code section that defines the permit-only parking areas, so confirm the road-end rule with the Village
The Village of Southampton lists Road D Beach among its eleven beaches and says every Village beach except Cooper’s is swim-at-your-own-risk. The code section that lists permit-only parking areas, Chapter 86, names Cryder, Little Plains, Old Town, Wyandanch, Halsey Neck, Gin Lane and Fowler, but not Road D.
What that means in practice: the Village still sells beach permits and daily passes only through the channels described on its beaches page, and it publishes no separate rule for Road D. Call Village Hall before relying on street parking near the road end. Overnight rules in the code apply to the listed areas. The Village’s nearby lifeguarded beach is Cooper’s.
Getting a permit for Road D Beach
The Village’s categories, from free owner permits to the $600 summer visitor permit, are on the Village permit page. Permits are non-refundable, and a Town of Southampton sticker is not valid at Road D Beach. Without a permit, the Village’s Cooper’s Beach sells a $55 daily pass and the Town’s Flying Point Beach sells weekday parking at $40. For the beach itself, see Hamptons Beach Day.
