The Village code lists Fowler Beach among its permit-only parking areas. It defines the area as the portion of Fowler Street between the top of the ocean dunes and a point approximately 750 feet to the north on the east side. Beyond that stretch the code does not create beach parking.
From May 15 through September 15 the area is for permit holders only, and nobody may park there between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. at any time of year. Violators can be ticketed and towed at their own expense. Fowler has no lifeguards. For a lifeguarded Village beach, use Cooper’s.
Getting a permit for Fowler Beach
