Can renters get beach parking in Sag Harbor?
Renters can always park at Havens Beach by paying through ParkMobile. A Village resident parking permit gives all-day parking, and the Village Office decides renter eligibility. Long Beach in Noyac uses a Southampton Town permit or $40 daily parking.

Havens Beach
The Village allows all-day parking at Havens Beach for people with a valid Village parking permit. Everyone else pays through ParkMobile, by app or kiosk. The East Hampton Star reported a $15 daily rate for 2025, with paid parking from June 14 to September 4. The Village issued 2026 resident permits online and at the Village Office on Thursdays and Fridays, 9 a.m. to noon.
Long Beach in Noyac
Foster Memorial (Long) Beach belongs to Southampton Town. A renter there has the same choices as any visitor: a Town non-resident permit at $500 to $525, or $40 for a day by app, seven days a week. One more route exists for East Hampton Town residents who live inside Sag Harbor Village: a Long Beach-only permit at $50 to $60 with a current Sag Harbor tax bill, and year-round renters must also meet the renter documentation rules.
